Ascend Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Ascend is Ascendara's premium subscription program that enhances your gaming experience with additional features. By subscribing to or using Ascend, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in addition to Ascendara's main Terms of Service.

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By using Ascend, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Ascend Privacy Policy in the following ways:

• When you sign up for an Ascend account
• When you start your free trial period
• When you subscribe to Ascend
• When you use any Ascend features or services

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Ascend.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Ascend offers the following subscription options:

• Free Trial: 7 days of full access to all Ascend features at no cost.
• Monthly Subscription: $2 per month after the trial period ends.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Features

Ascend is currently in early development and includes the following features:

• Friends: Connect with other Ascend users and build your gaming network.
• Chatting: Communicate with friends directly within Ascendara.
• Stat Viewing: View your gaming statistics and activity.
• Game Auto Updating: Automatically keep your games up to date.

As Ascend is in early development, features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.

4. Early Development Notice

Ascend is currently in early development. By using Ascend, you acknowledge that:

• The service may experience bugs, downtime, or unexpected behavior.
• Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed without notice.
• Your feedback is valuable and helps improve the service.

5. Authentication & Third-Party Services

Ascend uses Firebase for authentication services. By using Ascend, you acknowledge that:

• Your authentication data is handled by Firebase (Google) according to their terms and privacy policies.
• tagoWorks is not responsible for any issues arising from Firebase's authentication services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. User Conduct

When using Ascend features, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the chat or friends features.
• Share inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate Ascend services.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.
• Attempt to circumvent hardware ID verification used to prevent account abuse.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your Ascend subscription without refund.

7. Support

Support for Ascend is available through the official tagoWorks Discord server. tagoWorks is not responsible for:

• Account issues related to Firebase authentication.
• Any damages or losses resulting from the use of Ascend.
• Service interruptions during the early development phase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ascend is provided "as is," without any guarantees or warranties. tagoWorks is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Ascend.
• Loss of data, including chat messages, friend connections, or statistics.
• Issues arising from third-party services including Firebase authentication.
• Service interruptions, bugs, or unexpected behavior during early development.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tagoWorks operates.
